Why are you contacting the Office of Police Accountability?*

If you have experienced, witnessed, or have information regarding an incident involving Boise City police officer misconduct, you may file a complaint. A complaint will be accepted if it:

Alleges misconduct by a BPD officer (OPA does not investigate other local, state, or federal law enforcement agencies)
Is filed within 90 days of the incident, absent exigent circumstances
Alleges misconduct which, if proven, would constitute a policy or law violation
